Welcome to FARM TO FRIDGE  , showcasing the produce from our family run farm, located 800m above sea level in the picturesque High Range of the Southern Highlands NSW, where we offer you the opportunity to enjoy farm-fresh beef and lamb meat directly from us to you. Our Angus, Speckle Park and Murray Grey beef cattle along side our Suffolk lambs are born and raised in a stress-free environment, with plenty of open space and fresh air.We take great pride in producing healthy, grass/pasture fed, high-quality beef and lamb.Our property currently runs over 300 breeding ewes producing 450 lambs annually alongside our 150 head of beef cattle, All of which enjoy grazing on permanent improved pastures and seasonal sown Millet, Sorghum and Winter Oat crops finishing them off to Michelin standards.By purchasing directly from our farm, you can be sure that you are getting the freshest meat possible, straight from our pastures to your plate.Along with the busy life of livestock and crop farming, our sister family farm produces the best vino and spirits in the highlands or should we say country, Artemis Wines!, Keep an eye out for celler door specials coming soon to Farm to Fridge.Whether you are a food or vino lover, a chef, or simply someone who appreciates the taste of fresh, locally-sourced produce, we invite you to come and try all that we offer.Sustainably grown produce is the key to the future.
